3. Can I reschedule or cancel my lesson?

Of course! We understand that sometimes schedules can change. If you need to reschedule a lesson, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Lessons canceled at least 24 hours ahead of the scheduled lesson will receive a make-up lesson at a time convenient to both the teacher and the student. Please note that no more than two cancellations are allowed per set of four lessons.

4. Are there any additional fees or costs?

We offer additional resources for purchase via the Shop, for vocal warmups and scales. Any excursions, workshops or showcases may have an additional cost depending on the event.

5. What happens if I miss a lesson?

We value the commitment of our students and teachers. If a lesson is missed without at least 24 hours' notice, it is considered a forfeited lesson. Make-up lessons are not available for lessons missed without proper notice. We encourage all our students to communicate any potential scheduling conflicts as early as possible to avoid forfeiting their lessons.
